User Data Deletion

If you want to delete data associated with your DirectAgent account or a connected Meta, Instagram, or Threads account, send a deletion request to support@directagent.restyos.io.

What to include

• The email address used for your DirectAgent account.
• Your business name or connected Instagram/Threads username.
• A short confirmation that you want your account data deleted.

What will be deleted

We will delete account settings, connected account tokens, integration identifiers, bot settings, catalog data, conversations, drafts, and order data associated with your DirectAgent account unless retention is required by law or security obligations.

Processing time

Deletion requests are processed within 30 calendar days. We will send a confirmation email after the request is completed.
