Service

DirectAgent provides tools for business communication automation, content draft generation, approval workflows, and publishing through supported third-party APIs such as Meta and Threads.

User responsibilities

Users are responsible for the legality and accuracy of their business information, connected accounts, catalog content, generated drafts, and published content. Users must comply with Meta Platform Terms and all applicable laws.

Content approval

DirectAgent may generate draft content, but the user is responsible for reviewing and approving content before publication. The service should not be used to publish spam, misleading content, unlawful content, or content that infringes third-party rights.

Availability

We work to keep DirectAgent reliable, but availability may depend on third-party APIs, hosting providers, network conditions, and maintenance.

Limitations

DirectAgent is provided as a business productivity tool. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect damages, lost profits, or interruptions caused by third-party services.
