What DirectAgent does

DirectAgent helps business owners connect supported Meta accounts, manage conversations, prepare content drafts, approve posts, and publish content through Meta and Threads APIs.

Data we process

We may process account email, business name, business settings, bot configuration, catalog data, conversations, order data, connected Meta account identifiers, access tokens, Threads account identifiers, content drafts, published post identifiers, and technical logs required to run the service.

How we use data

We use data to authenticate users, connect Meta and Threads accounts, generate and approve content drafts, publish approved content, display account status, process customer conversations, and provide support.

Third-party services

DirectAgent uses infrastructure providers, Meta APIs, Threads APIs, and AI providers only as needed to operate the service. We do not sell personal data.

Security and retention

We use HTTPS, server-side authorization, and restricted production access. We keep data only as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or maintain security.

Data deletion

Users can request deletion of their DirectAgent account data and connected Meta integration data. Instructions are available on the data deletion page.
